These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They are not the contract for any work Solvytix does for a client. That is a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement governs.

Who we are

Solvytix Solutions is a software company registered in Egypt, with its office in Cairo. Its registered name, address and business registration details are published on this site.

Using this site

You may read it, print it, and link to it, for your own purposes or your organisation's.

You may not:

• use it in any way that breaks Egyptian law
• try to reach any part of it, or any account or server behind it, that is not open to you
• interfere with it, including by making automated requests at a volume that degrades it for other people
• send anything through our forms that is unlawful, deliberately false, or intended to harm our systems or the people who read them
• copy our text, design or code and present it as your own

Sending us a message

Sending an enquiry or booking a consultation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It commits us to nothing either: it is a request to talk, not an order, and no contract exists between us until one is signed.

Please do not send confidential information through the forms on this site. If you need to share something sensitive, say so and we will agree a way to do it.

What is on this site

The text, design, layout, code, graphics and images on this site belong to Solvytix Solutions unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright.

Names, logos and trademarks of other companies appear here because they are our clients or our partners. Those marks belong to their owners, and nothing on this site transfers any right in them to anyone.

The content is general information about what we do. It is not advice for your particular situation, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.

Links to other sites

This site links to sites we do not control, including Solvytix Venture Studio and the sites of partners and clients. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Availability

We do not guarantee that this site is available at all times or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or remove any part of it — including content and links — without notice.

Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Solvytix Solutions is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its content, including lost profit, lost business or lost data.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction.
