Payment terms
Custom software is normally paid for in full before it is handed over — which means funding the whole thing before it has earned you anything. We don't work that way.
We deliver when the system is ready, and the remaining instalments carry on afterwards on the schedule agreed in the contract. Your team is running on it, and getting value from it, while it is still being paid for — with no interest added for the privilege.
Handover happens when the software is ready, not when the final payment clears.
The remaining payments run on the agreed schedule while the system is already in production.
The total is the contract price. Nothing is added for paying it off after delivery, and there is no fee for the arrangement.
